Honduras 206 Field Repair
A few months after completion of the Honduras 206 Project, Compass was contacted and asked if we could send a team to Honduras to repair some damage done to that very plane.
After assessing the damage from photos, Compass decided that only one person needed to go, and so we sent Jamin Peck to perform a field repair.
Jamin spent two weeks in the country, and once he finished repairing the 206 for Missionary Air Group, he was able to assist another organization, Alas de Socorro, with a 'top overhaul,' which is a replacement of all cylinders and pistons on an engine.
Only because the staff and candidates of Compass Aviation are on faith-based support can we send teams or individuals to perform field repairs. Thank you for your help!
