In May 2011, one of the aircraft that Compass Aviation uses crashed and is beyond repair.
Praise the Lord that no one was hurt.

What is it used for?

This is our primary trainer, in which all our candidates have received more than 1700 cumulative hours. It is also used for Instrument training and flight instruction.

What do you need?

God has graciously covered Compass' need for a Skyhawk with a temporary solution.  A Christian gentleman has loaned us a plane to use in the interim period while we search for a permanent replacement.

However, this aircraft has had multiple maintenance issues that continue to highlight the need for a permanent solution: a well-maintained, newer Skyhawk that is ready-to-fly.

At the moment, Compass is focusing on the Cessna 206 advanced trainer. When that project is complete, we will then seek a permanent replacement for the crashed Skyhawk.
